required to ABSTAIN from various foods and activities. (Note: Priest will
explain in more detail)

During the Sabbath leading up to the Baptism, the Candidate is also
required
to read and meditate on the following scriptures to assist the one in
attaining
a state of consciousness to activate the 'Christ' within and become one with
the 'Might of the Trinity' Emperor Haile Selassie I:
Psalms 130; 131; and 51
(Read in the order as written, in the morning and with your prayers at night.)
