The Imperial Ethiopian World Federation (I.E.W.F.), Inc. was established July 1st, 1983
by Crown Prince H.I.M. Mero Azmatch Asfa Wossen Haile Selassie; led by International
President Ammanuel Ascento Foxe.

In 1974, after illegally deposing His Imperial Majesty’s government; ‘Stalinist’ Mengistu
Mariam usurped control of the Ethiopian World Federation (E.W.F.); preventing it from
functioning in the capacity as a political body defending the rights of Ethiopians at
home and abroad; as established by Emperor Haile Selassie I in 1937.
The aims and objectives of the now defunct Ethiopian World Federation (E.W.F.), Inc.
was renewed under the banner of the Imperial Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. (I.E.W.
F.). The Headquarters of the I.E.W.F. is in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.

Restoration of the Solomonic Dynasty of
His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I
Emperor Haile Selassie I spearheaded the formation and leadership of the Organization
of African Unity (OAU). Along with other leaders, working for African Liberation, the
OAU evolved into the African Union (AU). With a multitude of constituents to enlighten
about Modern Ethiopianism, we remember the utterances of wisdom from His Imperial
Majesty, Emperor Haile Selassie I.

We cannot be willfully ignorant and carelessly absent when His Imperial Majesty
Emperor Haile Selassie I gifted us the life-line: Constitution of Ethiopia, Crown Council
of Ethiopia, the Organization of African Unity (OAU), now the African Union (AU); and
the Imperial Ethiopian World Federation, Inc., to grasp and lift us out of poverty and
dis-organization to an integrated, prosperous, peaceful, and united people, driven by
each of us representing a dynamic force on this journey.
