The Sabbath of The Church of Haile Selassie I:
Begins Sun-rise Friday morning
Ends Sun-down Sunday evening after Devotional Services.

During the Sabbath leading up to the Baptism, the
Candidate for Baptism is required to ABSTAIN from:
> eating meats (e.g., Beef, Chicken, Fish, etc.)
> dairy products (e.g., Milk, Cheese, etc.)
> sexual intercourse
During the Sabbath leading up to the Baptism, the
Candidate is also required to read and meditate on the
following scriptures to assist the one in attaining a state of
consciousness to activate the 'Christ' within and become
one with the 'Might of the Trinity' Emperor Haile Selassie I:
> Psalms 130; 131; and 51 (Read in the order as written, in the
morning and with your prayers at night.)
> St. John 3 v1-12 (This scripture demonstrates the requirements
for entry into the Kingdom of Rastafari Haile Selassie I)
> Ecclesiastes 5 v4-6 (To understand the serious nature of
Baptism)
