Applicant must attend Temple Worship for at least three (3)
consecutive weeks.

Applicant must complete Baptism Application and write a letter
stating why they would like to be a part of The Church of Haile
Selassie I.
After mutual evaluation, acceptance, commitment and preparation for
Baptism, the applicant must adhere to the following Baptismal
Requirements.
Total cost for Baptism is $35.00(USD):

a)        $  5.00 for the Baptism Certificate (click here for example)
b)        $12.00 for the Ba Beta Kristiyan - Divine Liturgy Book
c)        $18.00 for Church fees
